According to the LATCH manual, the '03 Vibe's tether anchors are inset under plastic covers in the cargo floor for all three rear seating positions, and they are not the squared cargo hooks on the side of the cargo area. Hope this helps. :)

The LATCH manual on lists 06-07 Vibe X-Over. It says the TA for them is on the floorpan behind the seat. It says you can get a TA insatlled in some vehicles. The Service bulletin # is 99-09-40-004 Dated January 2000.

No problem, the separate listing for the newer Vibe model years threw me for a loop at first, too. :)
