Just got off the phone with Britax

I only spent about a minute on hold- totally wasn't expecting that! Caught me by surprise- thought I'd be sitting here for much longer!

Ordered a new adjuster strap for my husky and added a new harness for the marathon, since I was going to be charged $8.50 for shipping anyway.

The adjuster strap has a small chunk out of it. I normally wouldn't worry about some fraying, but this seemed a bit much to me.

The marathon straps are just a bit dirty and it would be nice to have some new ones.

Anyway, the woman I spoke with was very nice- her name was Deborah. I was off the phone within 5 minutes. (Now let's see if they get here in the 7-10 days promised!)

Glad you had a good experience. I have never sat on hold longer than a minute either. I guess I just call at the right times.

That adjustor strap definately needed replaced. Minimumal frying is one thing, but the chunk of fraying would have me concerned. Glad you got a new one coming.

I got a new harness a couple months ago and it showed up right on time. I've never sat on hold longer then 2 or 3 min. I think mostly it's Mondays and Fridays that stink for hold times.
