Infant in a booster?

Maybe it's not a booster, but it's sure not a harness used correctly, too loose and chest clip nowhere to be seen..

And this is to advertise a car seat safety check (scroll down a bit). Now MAYBE it is to show misuse. But if it is, they should say so.

It looks like there might be a strap on the other shoulder as well. No chest clip though. Hmmm.... Either way it's a terrible pic.

It is a Britax Rock-a-tot, taken so you can only see one strap. They do not have chest clips as they are UK standard/made car seats.
We used to have them here in NZ and other Euro countries.

It has a 3 point harness, where the buckle is on a strap and it clips together at the childs pelvis.

Isn't that still a 3-point, though? Point one would be the left shoulder, point two the right shoulder, and point three the crotch.

Yeah, three point seat (shoulder-shoulder-crotch) and the strap is so wide in comparison to that kid's body that it looks like an adult seatbelt

yes, correct = typo... it was a long day yesterday (sat)

The belts use proper seat belt webbing and it has 4 (or 5) lines, and i think an adult has 6, and most cheap UK seats have 3-4.

the other strap is just to the top right of the screen, it blends in well with the car seat cover.
