Sunshine Kids and Recaro, how long to respond via e-mail?

I had e-mailed them both a week and a half ago and haven't heard from them. I heard back from every other car seat manufacturer withing 1-5 days. Guess I better make a phone call which is hard to do with kids around.

I've always heard back from SKJP within a day or two.

I've never e-mailed Recaro... just phoned the Canadian number. They were not able to help though as they have no clue what's going on in their US office... all they know is they sell racing seats up here.

I've waited as long as two weeks before hearing back from Recaro. It doesn't seem to matter whether you call or email, it will take forever.

When I emailed Sunshine Kids regarding my recalled safe stop, I heard from them within 24 hours. We sent a couple of emails back and forth, no complaints here.

HOpefully you can find time to call and get things sorted out!

Good luck with Recaro. I've cornered Katherine a few times in her office on the phone, but I have yet to hear back from her and it's been 2 weeks since she was going to return my call "in the morning".

I too hear from SKJP within 2-3 days. I always deal with the same person though, and I am international.

I e-mailed the CDN SKJP and they got back to me in 3 mins :thumbsup: so I guess it's just the US one that is slow

Still haven't heard from Recaro, but that's OK because it's not that important.
