Geez. How much of that was caused, though, by the one unrestrained? And still, the seatbelted guy ended up better.

Thank you for posting that!! I'm saving it for my dad...he always whines about wearing his seat belt when he sits in the back next to DD because it's hard to buckle by her seat. Literally takes us 20 minutes to leave the driveway because we argue. I'm going to show him this, I bet he won't pitch a fit anymore:thumbsup:

Thanks for the link. It should come in handy for a few people I know who think it's alright to forgo the seatbelt. They don't quite grasp the risk they pose to themselves unbelted, and to anyone else properly buckled up in the vehicle. :( This video illustrates the risks quite effectively.

WOW! Both of those videos are pretty amazing from a demonstration perspective. They just reinforce why EVERYONE must wear their seat belts while in my car... not just my family. It irks me so much to hear people gripe about wearing their seat belt in my car... I always want to say.. "if you don't like my rules then walk."

DH had a good laugh at the outside film. Up on concrete blocks, yanked with long ties. Who needs fancy schmancy test buildings when you have gravity & a steep hill ;)

Seatbelts is another tv ad -- Spanish? The one that freaked me a moment is the kid in front of the 'sled'.
