The head support pillow was back messed p and the straps were all twisted. I figured the Mom got mad and messed it up again. So I talked to the Gma today and she told me this... "The mom couldn't handle being a mom and walked out on the baby. So her Gma and the babies father are raising her."
She told me she doesnt like the headrest and I told her good take it out and use a rolled up blanket. I also fixed the straps and told her the importance of not having them twisted. She listened so well and told me she couldnt budge the base.. Good...

So while it is so sad the babies mommy walked out (I dont get that), I was happy her Gma cared so much about her. And I am glad she is now safer in her carseat.

Oh they just had it thrown in there. The straps were not looped through the holes made for the straps and it was an after market headrest.

The straps didnt fit on the babies shoulders properly b/c the way the headrest was in there.

aww that is sad. I can't see how a mom can walk out, how sad. But I'm glad that the baby is safe and in a happy home. Her gma sounds like a god-send.
