Does anyone recognize this infant seat

I was at church last night and happened to see the seat one of my friends is using.

It says Graco and has a green patterned cloth (I thought it was family tree but not so sure anymore). It is definitely an infant bucket seat. But there is no harness piece going across the hips! There is a clip that goes under the chin, and the two harness pieces go down in a V to the between the leg buckle, which they click into. But there is no harness piece going off to the side.

I asked about expiration and she assured me it was fine, and this was the way the seat was supposed to be. Her oldest daughter is 5, so its possible it is still good, I guess. But it looks like her daughter could go sideways either way out of the harness!

Oh, the bucket has a whale and the word "WHALE" on one side of it.

The infant seat I had with both DD's were like that, and I do remember seeing some that still buckeled like that for sale when DD2 was a baby, she is four so they still could be good or another year or two. I almost want to say every infant seat went to five points just in the last couple of years, my cousin has a DD who is 2 and the seat she had was a three point also.

Heck, Evenflo unfortunately still manufactures some 3 point seats for sale at Walmart and Kmart.

Oh, and for the record, the "WHALE" sticker is added on. It's a public program where they give parents a little packet to stick to their child's carseat, so that in the case of an accident where the parents were unable to speak for their child, or where the child was with another caregiver, the emergency responders would have ready access to contact information or medical alerts.
