Question Impact that popped a tire but no damage to van: should I replace my carseat?

My power steering pump is out so making turns is hard enough and sometimes I have to stop and reverse and then make a turn again. This morning I couldnt make a turn and I hit a curb going about 15 MPH. There was a jolt to everyone in the car, including my neice who is 5 and was in my 4 stage 4-ever care care seat. Just the tire popped and there was no damage to the vehicle at all. I dont want to replace my car seat if I dont have to. I'm not sure what to do. Is it necessary to replace it due to what happened? I need advice please!

I don't personally consider jumping a curb or hitting a pothole a crash in terms of my own seats. If you're concerned, though, your manufacturer is the ultimate authority.
