Thread: chips daiquiris

    chips daiquiris

My son has an infant daughter, age 5 months and her mother is prohibiting him from picking her up from daycare is his BMW M6 convertible. It has the safety hooks installed so the assumption is the vehicle has been approved by "Safety Standards" or the hooks wouldn't be there. Any information would be very helpful in resolving this issue between the co-parents

    Re: chips daiquiris

Does her seat install properly in the back seat without pressing on the front seats?
Has the mom given a specific reason why she believes his car to be unsafe for transporting the child? Do they have a parenting plan in place? He may want to try meeting with a CPST (child passenger safety technician) in-person to go over the installation in his car to make sure everything looks good. They could submit a statement to the court and/or mom saying that he met with a CPST and there were no incompatibilities with the installation if he needs something in writing.

Go here and scroll down to the section that says “get your car seat inspected”. Enter your zip code to find inspection stations near you.
