Is Diono Radian 3RXT our best bet?

I am leaning towards purchasing the Diono Radian 3RXT for our nearly one year old daughter. Aside from safety, itís important to us to have a seat thatís easy to get in/out of and we plan to install rear facing in the middle back seat because we need both the driver and front passenger seats to push back and recline far enough to accommodate a 6í3Ē person. From my research I think The Diono Radian 3RXT will work for our family but wonder if there are other seats I should consider. We wonít be switching the seat from vehicle to vehicle or traveling with it often. thanks for your advice!

What vehicle do you have? Depending on the car, the Radian seats can take up lots of front-back space when rear facing, and installation can be difficult (or even impossible in some cars, with the most difficulty when using the seat belt for a forward facing installation, which you'd need to do eventually).

The Britax Clicktight line and Nuna Rava both are quite compact (front-back) when rear facing, along with the Graco Extend2Fit. If you have a specialty baby store nearby or a Buy Buy Baby, you could see if you can try floor model seats in your car before buying to see what you like and will work for your situation. There are likely many seats that will work - at some point it comes down to personal preference.
