Question Musical car seats

Hello all. It’s that time again. My 18 month old is very close to within an inch of his head reaching the back of the nuna pipa. I have an almost 4 yo rf in a Clek fllo, a tiny 6 yo ff in an rxt and an 8 yo in a rodifix. I’m thinking of turning the 4 yo to make car line easier at school. So maybe looking for a harness to booster combo seat. The narrower the better so I can do a three across in the third row of my odyssey if needed. What’s out there right now? Saw a good deal on the myfit at target but I don’t have a seat to trade [emoji24]

The 8 yo is a little under 50 lb and is 4 ft tall. The 6 yo is 30 lb and in between 4t and 5t clothing. 3yo is 28 lb and in 3t clothing. 1.5 yo is 26 lb and in 12-18 mo clothing. Sorry don’t have exact measurements atm but I can get them if needed.

I see the car seat blog review says it was hard to get a secure install for the myfit in the odyssey [emoji51]. Do you think I should be ok with a regular myfit (for around 125) or should I go for an LE? I consider myself fairly experienced with installing car seats.

I don't know that the LE would help much. The tricks that will help will likely be to twist down the buckle stalk to change the geometry, pull the seat forward and push straight down instead of back when installing, and pull from inside the belt path near the buckle.

That said I'd make sure to buy from somewhere with easy returns in case it doesn't work.

Target is good about returns. You could use lower anchors if you prefer until the child hits the weight limit for their use but second row would negate the reason to go narrow, no?
