Is it safe to use a car seat buckle holder, to make it easier on my son to buckle on his own his booster seat?

Re: Car Seat Belt Buckle Holder

It depends on the holder and if it interferes with how the belt lays. Do you have a specific product in mind? What vehicle and seating position is this, and what booster?

This is for 2015 Forrester, with Graco Affix booster (needed because of 3 across car seats).

My opinion is that if it doesn’t interfere with the position of the buckle to the point of changing how it sits once buckled, it is probably fine. It is obviously flexible, so that is a plus!
