Question 3 car seats in 2012 Subaru Outback?

I’m looking for advice to fit three car seats in a 2012 Outback (nanny’s car): one rear-facing infant seat with base and two forward facing five-point harness seats. The five point harnesses are still a must for my two older yet little ones (37”, 35 lbs).

I have a few current seats to work with, but will buy new ones if necessary. Here’s what I currently have: one infant seat Britax B-Safe with base, two Britax Frontiers (clicktight), and two Evenflo Symphony’s.

I suspect I’ll need to swap out at least one of these for something smaller but am hoping to not have to buy three new seats. Anyone out there have two small kids and a baby in the back seat? Or any suggestions? Thanks!
