Do parents still complain about the crotch strap in Britax convertible car seats? Most of the complaints posted online are several years old. Was the problem fixed?

Hi there.

Britax has made the crotch strap on their ClickTight convertibles longer in response to feedback from caregivers. :)

I want to say August 2017. It's been over a year now. It's not a concern about getting one in the store with the shorter crotch strap anymore.

Yes, I think August 2017 too. The Britax seat I bought in November 2017 still has the shorter strap because it was manufactured in June or July 2017.
