Baby #4 is due in June (I do typically deliver early though) and my now 1.5yr old also needs new seats. I have an 11yr old that 5 steps, a 5.5yr old who is boostered in a harmony defender (as of yesterday) and a 1.5 yr old currently in britax g4s (seats that are being replaced). We drive a 2008 Subaru Tribeca. Currently my 1.5yr old and 5.5yr old are in the middle row, outboard seats, and my 11yr old is in the 3rd row. I am thinking we are going to probably do 3 acress in the middle when baby girl arrives as my 5.5yr old still needs help buckling in and the rear-facers will be easier to loan if they are both in the middle. I am considering britax click tights for my toddler and a britax endevour for the baby although I did not use an infant seat for my toddler, it might be easier to do 3 across with an infant seat and I know it will fit a preemie. (toddler lucked out and was 7lbs 2oz at 34 weeks).
I have no idea if these seats will work in this car though and no way to test it out locally. I know I will need somewhat narrow and short front to back as my g4s barely fit rear-facing. I want anti-rebound technology of some sort, no re-thread harnesses, lock offs (we do have them in varying cars regularly that may not have locking seat belts) nice covers that won't show wear quickly and easy to clean.
