Hi, I know both the Fllo and peg Convertibles have the same harness height (about 17") but I also know that sometimes the shape, angle or structure of the seats can make a difference. Would anyone say that one of the two will last slightly longer than the other in terms of shoulder height or they are outgrown exactly at the same time?

In my experience with these two seats whether they lose or gain height depends a lot on the vehicle they are installed in. The Fllo is perhaps slightly more vehicle dependent. I'd worry more about the lack of leg support in the Fllo, which becomes a major comfort issue for some kids forward facing very quickly (and while it can happen with any convertible based on kids' build, it happens quickest in the shallower seats, of which the Fllo is definitely one.)
Generally, more reclined, but it does really vary.
