Crash test video showing misuse of not locking the seatbelt?

Does anyone have a link to a crash test video that shows a car seat that was installed without locking the seatbelt? I can find ones that say the installation was “loose” but I’m struggling to find ones where the belt was pulled tight but left in ELR mode (or with ELR-only belts where a locking clip was needed, but not used).

This misuse seems to be especially common amongst parents doing a baseless install of their infant carrier .....perhaps because they don’t even think of it as a car seat installation — just a “neat trick” that they learned from a friend. So if there are any videos specifically showing a baseless install with an unlocked belt, I would appreciate it!

Essentially the point of locking the seat belt is to keep the installation tight. In a crash, the ELR would kick in so it's really a pre-crash safety measure. Which is to say - any video showing a loose installation would illustrate what could happen with an unlocked seat belt. Not sure if this helps you or not!
