Jeep and shallow seats

We have an 06 jeep commander. I am looking for a harness booster/high back belt position booster combo that will be safely installed in the third row. The seating area is very shallow. I believe the actual seat is only 13inches deep. The child is almost 5 years and 47 lb
I am also not sure about tethers in that row and if the lack of will be an issue. Thanks in advance!

Who is sitting in the other positions?

With such a shallow seat ideally you'd not put an untethered forward facing seat there.
