Question where to put child car seat in a single cab ford truck 2002

where would I put the child car seat in a single cab ford truck 2002 full size bench seat? Can the seat go in the middle or does it have to go next to the passenger door? Is their a video on single cab trucks as I can only find extra cabs which doesn't help me.

Is the child rear or forward facing? Does the truck have an airbag off switch that can physically be turned off with a key or switch? Does the truck have a tether anchor anywhere?
