Question FF CR recommendations Toyota Sienna

I'm going to need to buy a new forward-facing car seat (or two) soon, and I'm looking for recommendations.

Child #1 is about 45lbs and 46-47 inches, currently rear-facing in a Nuna Rava.

Child #2 is about 48lbs and 42 or 43 inches, currently rear-facing in a Diono Rainier.

Other car seats I have: a second Nuna Rava and a Diono Radian.

The new seat will be installed in the middle row/captains chairs of a 2014 Toyota Sienna. Unfortunately, the Dionos do not install well forward-facing in my car, so just turning the Rainier (or Radian) around is not an option. I have not tried installing the Nuna Rava forward facing in this car, so this might work for Child #2.

I'd love to keep Child #2 rear-facing, but that's probably not an option. I want to keep both kids harnessed as long as possible.

Does the 8yo have special needs that require extended harnessing? Same question also regarding the 5yo.

Have you considered a nice, supportive high back booster instead of a new harnessed seat for the 8yo?

The Rava will almost certainly be outgrown already for forward facing for the 8yo but I’d probably use the Rava forward facing for the 5yo. Check to see how much space kiddo has above their shoulders if you fully raise the harness.

The 8 year old (actually will not be 8 until next month, but close enough) does not have physical special needs, but does have sensory processing disorder and prefers the snug feeling of the harness. Additionally, I'm not convinced that this child will stay in position well enough to use a seatbelt yet. Being very small (3rd percentile for weight, 7th percentile for height) and still fitting in most FF harnesses, I'd prefer to continue harnessing. This child forward faces in the Radian in my other car, and would prefer to stay rear-facing in this car, but I've explained that that won't be an option for much longer.

The 5 year old rides rear-facing in the Rava in my other car, so I'll check the harness height for FF. This would be ideal because then I'd only need to buy one seat.

I'm thinking I'd like to get something for the 8 year old that starts as a harnessed booster and converts to a high-back seatbelt booster. Any suggestions? After having so much trouble with the Radian (my local CPST couldn't get a good FF install either), I wanted to ask around to see what installs well in this car.
