My baby girl will be 3 yr old in Nov 25. She is 33 lbs and 37.5 in tall and still RF. It seems she a bit uncomfortable because her legs bend touching the back of the seat. I am planing to keep her RF as long as can be but in mean while I want her to be comfortable on the long trips too. When can I turn her for FF? 3, 4 yr old?

Does she complain about her legs being bent? Most kids can find ways to be comfortable with their legs bent. They are much squishier than adults! For long trips, RF is often more comfortable than FF because she can be reclined and sleep more comfortably. The minimum age to FF is considered to be 2 years old, but as you clearly know, longer is better. I turned my daughter FF when she turned 4, which is common on this forum. Know the RF limits of your seat, and turn her FF when she reaches any of those limits. For example, your daughter is quite tall, so if your seat has a 40" RF height limit, she might reach that first.

No, she doesn't complain. It's just what I've seen. The car seat we have is Safety 1st Grow and Go 3 in 1. She is good till 40 lbs.
