We bought an RV 2018 Jayco Melbourne 24l with a Mercedes sprinter motor and we need to put a child car seat in the passenger seat but we don’t have the shut off hairbag option. What can we do to fix this?

I'm sorry, but there's no safe way to put a baby (or an adult) in an RV. As you're finding, the airbag is an issue. But the baby must go there, because it's the only other safe seat besides the driver. So that means you'll go where? Somewhere not safe. If you decide to forgo the belts in the back, or they fail because they're not safe anyway, you're a projectile and may kill your family impacting them, or be killed. In addition, everything in the back, including the toilet and kitchen sink, are potential projectiles. RVs are not crash tested to any standards. If you watch some online, they're scary as anything. Nothing holds together.
