What does everyone think of the Mifold booster? I have a friend with a 4 year old who is looking for a booster seat for when they are traveling, or need a taxi.

Mifold Grab and Go Booster?

It provides very inconsistent fit depending on child and vehicle, ranging from barely acceptable to dangerously bad. As a result, I don't recommend it unless you have tried it in the vehicle you'd use and know fit is ok. This obviously doesn't apply to taxis or travel.
I would suggest the BubbleBum to fill that need if it will only be used in taxis where the parent can sit next to the child and assure she sits still. If the parent may not always be able to sit next to the child or it will be used for longer rides where the child is likely to sleep, I would suggest a Ride Safer Travel Vest instead. (4 is still too young for most children to reliably use a booster without a parent right next to them to keep them in position.)

Thanks. I used the BubbleBum years ago when we lived in Germany, and it was awesome. My youngest was 7 though, not 4.
