Question Nuna pipa install

Hi. I am trying to install a Nuna pipa middle row outboard in my 2018 odyssey. The latch on there is weird and sits pretty far out of the seat bight. Am I able to use both latch and seatbelt to get a secure fit there?

The manual I found on the Nuna website says you can use both on page 19 in the rigid LATCH installation section. Just make sure your manual says the same thing before you go for it!
