    Graco Nautilus 80 straps

Is anyone having issues with the straps on the Graco Nautilus 80 straps rubbing their child’s neck? Even with the pads that come on the straps they are so thick I feel like they put to much pressure on his neck making him feel like he is chocking. Any suggestions? Did anyone position the straps in a certain way to help? Did anyone remove them and replace with a different/similar set? Thamks

    Re: Graco Nautilus 80 straps

Sorry you are having this problem! You can't use pads that didn't come with the seat. It appears that the harness covers that came with the seat are required. Are the shoulder straps coming from at or slightly above his shoulders? Unfortunately, there isn't really much else you can do short of trying him in a different seat to see if the fit is better. If you'd like suggestions, let us know the child's age, height, and weight, what vehicle you have, and if there are other passengers in the back seat.
