My brother- and sister-in-law had a really big infant seat in an Element, so most anything should fit. You can install it in either of the 2 rear seating positions using either the lower anchors or the seat belt. Do you have a an infant seat already, or are you looking to buy one? The best installation help is to see a tech in person. If you tell us where you live, we can help you find one. Many manufactures also have videos to help you understand the manual's instructions. Of course, reading your vehicle's manual and the seat's manual are the first steps!
