I was in a wreck on the freeway (with empty seats) and need to replace my children's car seats.
I drive a 2012 Buick Verano (it will be repaired, not replaced) and I have two kids that both ride outboard.
My oldest turns 6 next month, he is around 32.5 pounds and 40" tall (tiny). He has been booster training in a Harmony Defender 360, but he has a tough time buckling by himself so I am thinking of harnessing him again in a new Defender.
My "baby" is almost 2.5 (28 months) and was rear facing in a Cosco Scenera Next. My intention has always been to pass the Defender to my youngest when he outgrew the Scenera and buy a dedicated booster.
My plan is to replace the seats with exactly the same seats. BUT I also have an older (DOM Feb 2013) Britax Marathon that I could use for either kid that's not currently being used. What would you do?
