    booster w latch

Sorry- I tried a search and most posts were from 2006ish.

Looking for a NBB for a tiny 8yo. Weight is about 45 lbs, not sure on height. Right now hes in a frontier in booster mode. He wants a nbb bc everyone else has one. Must have latch and cupholders. Nice padding ideal bc we do road trips and he's kind of bony. Ideally not crazy expensive but his little brother is only 3 so itll get a LOT of future use so expensive isnt a deal breaker. We have a HBB chicco in the other car and I *love* it but am so bummed the NBB doesnt latch. I looked at the graco latch one but it didnt seem very comfy.

Side question- we use a bubblebum for travel. He prefers to put his feet up on the seat so his knees are bent. Is that okay? Since it's inflatable I cant tell if it's a fit issue or it's fine. He doesnt do it in the frontier bc there isnt enough space on the seat for his feet.

I'd look again at the Graco. Most kids find it comfortable. You could also try the Clek backless boosters.
