How on earth do I extend the lower latch anchors????? I want to put the seat in FF. I try pulling on the black handle in front (this seems to just recline the seat or not). I pull and push on the red things. Nothing. I cannot extend the rigid latch to install this seat. ??????????????

It is a Foonf.

update: I think I got it but my finger got caught and pinched. Not happy. It took many, many tries to get this.

There are two black handle to pull. One for recline and the other for latch. The red things disconnect latch.
