I'm not sure about RF center with a lap belt. I believe it doesn't work RF outboard.

Thank you for all the responses! I am thinking of doing my 9 yr old in her Diono backless bososter seat in the back 3rd row on the left, my 7 yr old in the harness you guys recommended (as long as it is 100% okay to use it with a lap belt only), and then my 5 yr old on the righ side in a full back booster. This would leave my 3 yr old in her nextfit in the middle row and my newborn in his britax middle row. Are there any concerns regarding this arrangement?
Backless boosters do not work well 3rd row outboard. The shoulder belt will hover a couple of inches in front of your 9 year old’s shoulder.
Which harness seat are you considering? The Evenflo Sureride? Is there a reason you’re considering putting the 7 year old in a harness and the 5 year old in a booster?
Assuming I’m not missing something, like a developmental issue in one of the older kids, I would really get 2 Evenflo Amps and an Evenflo Sureride. I’d put the 2 biggest kids who fit in the Amps outboard (9 & 7 year old if they both fit; 7 & 5 year old if the 9 year old is too tall) and the next oldest kid in the Sureride (5 year old if the 9 year old fits in the Amp; 3 year old if not).
Then the new baby in one captain’s chair, and either the 3 year old or the 9 year old in whatever car seat you prefer in the other captain’s chair.
