The ongoing saga of my child who seems to big for the boosters we currently have continues...
Last weekend, I switched her from our Parkway to our Frontier Clicktight in booster mode. I pulled the back all the way up, and it looked like that addition 1.5" allowed her to fit in the seat. Now she's complaining that the head wings are digging into her shoulders. I pulled the back up again, and was able to have it high enough temporarily, but it looks like the back slides down ever so slightly and that's what makes the head wings reach her shoulders.
Has anyone experienced this with their Frontier? Or is it a sign her torso is just too long, even though she's technically within the limits of the seat (she's always had a disproportionately long torso)? I'm desperate (well, maybe extremely eager) to keep her in a high back booster for our upcoming 14-hour-road trip, but if we can't make it work, I'd like to have time to try out a couple of NBBs before the trip.
