So we bought a 2014 Chevy Traverse when we were pregnant with our first child... we planned to have one more and our bucket seats in the middle row both had LATCH so we were happy. We ended up having triplets and so now we have a problem. We need to be able to put 2 car seats in our third row. The third row doesn’t have any lower anchors and only one tether point in the middle seat. Right now our triplets are still rear facing so it’s not a problem however in the next 6 months we would be changing them to front facing. I’ve read that we can’t have tether points added and we can’t just go buy a new car so what should we do about not having any tether points for our two car seats in the third row? (The seats don’t fit well having one in the middle and one on the outer seat so they are both positioned on the outer seats leaving the tether point in the middle useless for us.) I’ve researched and found (and agree) that we shouldn’t use FF seats without a tether. Please give me some advice.
