Question Top Tethering in 1997 Chevy Astro?

I have 2 car seats to install in a '97 Astro van. The owners manual is not helpful at all. One seat is a RF Britax Boulevard CT. The second is a FF Britax Frontier. Are there anchors to top tether the Frontier? Any other safety considerations I should be aware of?

You'd have to contact Chevy and hope they still have tether retrofit parts. The program number is 99-09-40-004a, and it should get you one for free, but cross your fingers, toes, and everything else you can that you can get it done.
