I’m almost 27 weeks pregnant and the handmedown car seat I was given only fits in my 2004 Corolla if the seat in front of it is way forward. Are there any car seats that would fit better?

Are you sitting the front seat as upright as is tolerable? I had an 03 Corolla for many years (that's it in my signature pic) and was able to fit many seats, but found the front seat being more upright gave a LOT of extra room in this vehicle.
