check out these videos.

There are step by step instructions for all of their current seats and even some safety theory. They have cover pretty much all the things we are usually trying to descibe- including how to use the rf tether. :thumbsup:

I think this must be the DVD they are sending to all the techs (the end of one of the installations videos references another video "found on this DVD").

Phew, now we don't have to do all their work for them

(can we have back-pay for the hours we've slaved away telling people how to install their seats?....

seriously, I'm going to love these. They address so many of the questions we get- the seatbelt/latch strap has to be on the outside of the harness on the Regent, how use the lock-offs on the convertibles (far lock-off with both sections of webbing for a rf l/s belt install), which harness position to use...

That is cool. They talked about the videos being added to their website at the Britax Training in Sept. I had been waiting to see them. Hopefully it will help parents get their seats installed correctly. Seeing it just makes it easier to understand than simply reading how to install correctly.
