Advice Accident but no accident but damage....

I will try to make this as clear as possible...

Replacing seats...

Not technically in an accident....

Transport blew a tire, tire shredded hitting my rav 4. Front bumper at side popped out a bit at seam it was tapped back in(red part at seam to bumper and side panel).Black ribbing near front bumper broken and won't snap back down. Side of headlight broken.

Is this stubstancial enough for replacement as per diono? I was doing 120km no jerking in the car, don't even think our seatbelts locked? Just some thuds of it hitting us and me driving over crap!


Thanks, trying to get all information ready for when I call owner of truck on monday

Diono follows different rules depending on product and manufacture date. Check your manual and if in doubt call them. They will likely say not to replace but that's their call to make if you're not sure the impact constitutes a crash.
