Question Extend to fit with 4lb preemie?

Has anyone tried an extend to fit with a 4lb preemie? Our granddaughter will be coming to live with us soon and we own 2, hoping to not have to buy something else, but we will if needed.

I'm thinking probably not. I think the headrest would too easily push the baby's head forward chin to chest. I would look at a flatter seat without a headrest like that.
