Hello,
I have a 3 year old about 28 lbs child, a 4 year old about 35 lbs child and an almost 9 year old 55 (guess) pound child. The 3 year old is in a Britax 85 SICT seat, the 4 year old is in a Clicktight Britax Advocate (forward facing), and my 9 year old is in no booster or seat. Typically I have the 2 younger children in the 3rd row with the 9 year old in the second row (I foster and have room for an infant so I keep the second seat in the second row free for that).
However we are going camping this weekend and I want to put the third row down to help with that. I don't like how the seatbelt sit in the middle seat for my 9 year old. Would a belt positioner work in that situation? Or would it not really help me? The seatbelt seems to come down at such an angle that at it hits him more across the neck then the shoulder.
Or would it be best to take a seat and move it forward and just have one child in the 3rd row?
