    Compatible seat

Please help. My hubby just bought a Ford f150 super crew. We can't for the life of us install her graco transitions good enough. It has the weird loop latch hook and we can get it tight enough. She is 6 yrs and 8 months.

How heavy is she? Have you tried installing with the seatbelt?

She is about 40 pounds, not sure about height but she is small for her age. Its the top tether that is weird, but seatbelt and latch install is hard because of the seat fabric

    Re: Compatible seat

You mean seatbelt or lower anchors, correct? You'd don't use both at the same time?

Your truck's manual likely says to go through the loop behind the seat and attach to the one next to it, yes? It's weird, compared to a car, but perfectly normal for a truck.

Yes the top tether, but I finally found a YouTube video bc the manual is useless in explaining this. What about the seat fabric it makes the seat slide around with seatbelt install or latch. Could we use some rubber shelf liner under it?

No, you cant use shelf liner. It can mask a bad install.
