I was rear ended in an accident on the freeway and my daughter was secured in her 5 point harness, the car seat didn't move at all in the accident. Insurance and my girlfriend say the carseat needs to be replaced, but I'm getting different opinions

Hello. What does your carseat manual say? That's the ultimate authority and the one insurance should follow as well. Each manufacturer has different replacement policies, so finding out what yours says is important. Good luck!
