It is getting difficult to put in and take out my 3.5-year-old from her RD carseat. The weight limit for RF for her seat is 40 lbs and she is only 33. Should I keep her RF until 40 lbs? Is it still MUCH safer at this point? Thanks!

Is she within the height limit as well to rear face?

At 3.5 years old we don't know how much safer she is rear facing. We know that with a seat that's properly installed and used she is very very safe in either direction. If you'd like to turn her forward, we're happy to help you make sure she's got her seat installed and tethered properly forward facing, and that the harness is right for her in this direction.
