Question toddler escapes carseat

We have a 2yo that can slide his 5pt harness clip down, even when very tight and can now also reach the tab that loosens the straps. This is a Graco my ride 65 convertible car seat. Any suggestions on how to stop our little Houdini?

Hi!

Is your seat rear or forward facing? Where are the straps in relation to his shoulders? Any special needs? Do the straps pass the pinch test? And have you tried distractions such as special soft car toys?
