Question Is it illegal to Have a baby in a car seat in a two-seater truck?

All I have is a two seater truck. Is it illegal to have my baby in the carseat in my two seater? I know that the airbag has to be turned off and I am aware that the front seat is always more of a danger but is it legal?

It's legal unless you live in Colorado.

As you noted, it's far less than ideal, so I wouldn't do it unless necessary.
