Question HELP!! Graco Affix seatbelt folding/bunching/curling

I definitely need some help and fairly soon, so we have time to get something else if needed!

We just got a new Graco Affix to take with us on a trip, so we tried it out the other day and this was the result. No matter what we do, the vehicle seatbelt seems to fold, bunch, or curl up when it's buckled, even without my kiddo in it. As the photos show, it DOES stay flat across her body and even is flat again close to the vehicle buckle. It's just right at the belt path on the buckle side that it bunches/curls. All I want to know is whether or not it is a safety concern. A lot of the photos I've seen on other forums, websites, and even the Graco photos look the same or similar. It fits her great and looks fine everywhere else! Is this safe?

She buckles herself, but we always check it. I couldn't seem to get a straight answer anywhere else. Some were concerned about the curl. Told me it wasn't safe. Glad it's fine!

Belt fit looks good otherwise, right?
