Does anyone know if a maxi-cosi rodifix would fit in the middle sear 2 row 2011 sienna? It would be between 2 RF seats

It is unlikely. That's a narrow seat with a lot of challenges and the Rodifix isn't that narrow and wouldn't have the lower anchors to stabilize it.

I have yet to find a booster that would fit and we tried a ton even--hbb and nbb. I think the only "booster" that might work is the new foldable one--mi-fold but it's not a hbb. We put our newly turned 12y/o daughter in the middle seat because she can sit there without a booster and 5 steps well. I didn't like her being there but that's how we had to do it since our 10mo old was born.

The BubbleBum should work. A Ride Safer Travel Vest works. But it certainly might be easier to find one of the few rear facing seats that works there, or if there's an open seat to move someone to the back.

those exist? I thought the 8th seat wasn't suppose to be used for a car seat? (I thought I read that long ago)

I'm unaware of any such prohibition. Not many fit but if they do there's no reason not to use that seat.
