Has anyone tried calling recaro?

i tried calling them but their phone menu isn't working! :mad: any option you press, it responds "sorry, that is not a valid option". you can't even get an operator. if you wait to automatically connect to an operator, it hangs up. WTF??!!

Did you try pressing 0 repeatedly? That's what I do when I get one of those menus and can't figure out which option I need. ;)

I was able to leave a message on Monday...still waiting for someone to call me back, though.

Yep, the lady I spoke with on Monday said they just got a new phone system and have been having problems. PM me if you'd like Katherine Hubanks' direct line; it's not toll-free, though
