Hi all i am using a 9 to 36 kgs group 1 2 3 seat for my son who is nearing now 4 years of age and weighs 18kg. His height is 110 cm now.I am not feeling comfortable removing the 5 point harness and using only the adult seatbelt although the seat has isofix connectors. The seat is a klippan triofix recline. my question is whether i must remove the 5 point harness and why. I s it an option or a must? And if its a must why so? Is it the strength of the 5 point harness, the strength of isofix connectors or something else? Can i keep him forward facing up until 36 kg using the 5 point for him and the isofix for the seat not using the adult belt at all? If not why? If the isofix connectors strength are to blame could i use the adult belt to strengthen the fit between car and seat?
Thank you
