So we received our infant seat today.
My husband's Ford Escape says that Latch can be borrowed if the carseat manual says it can be.
The car seat manual (Graco Snugride Click Connect 30) says you can use Latch in the way the vehicle manufacturer says.
My husband is interpreting this to mean we can borrow the latch; I'm taking it to mean the car seat manual isn't explicit that it is okay, so we shouldn't.
However, we would really like to be able to center install if we can. A number of blog reviews say you CAN borrow latch on this carseat, if your car permits it. Is my husband right that when the car seat manual says "do what your car tells you to do"- then the borrowing is okay?
