Curious about Chicco Go Fit / Disappointing misuse in video

Booster looks interesting, but the video is very disappointing. http://www.chiccoshop.com/gofit-booster-car-seat/ This is a failed 3 across. They don't fit. Those side boosters are hanging off the seat and the kids are not in front of those head rests. :(

I am curious about the booster. Anyone used it? It looks short. Does it work for taller kids, like how the incognito does because it's shorter? It doesn't latch, does it? I wonder when the "colors" will come out.

I can't get the video to play on my phone but it is possible that Chicco will allow overhang, even off the side, even though most manufacturers won't. Centering the headrests are important though.

There is no prohibition in the manual for overhang.

It doesn't appear it has lower anchor attachments. It's mentioned in the manual, but appears they recycled that page from the KidFit HBB. Someone asked on their FB page, and even mentions the manual, and their answer sort of ignore the question. (But they do seem to say it's not LATCHable.)

I haven't seen it IRL yet.

It looks identical to my Kidfit without the back attached and minus latch, down to the 'carry handle' which is what the back attaches to on mine. I certainly like my Kidfit and I have used it backless occasionally, it is slightly shorter than say the Turbobooster or Amp so I could see it being better for taller or longer torsoed children,

Thank you. I ended up trying one and the fit wasn't great, so we returned it. :( The padding, cup holders, etc. were really nice. I thought it was a well designed booster in many ways and wished it had worked out.
