Please forgive me if this is a repeated question, but I want to be doubly sure that I am right about a couple of things. I now have two crashed car seats which have had their straps cut to render them unusable. We are actually set on other seats for the forseeable future, but would like to pass them along to a coworker who has a 10 month old with twins on the way to use as a trade-in at Babies r us or Target, but i want to make sure they fit the criteria.
So the question I have is, will seats be accepted with the following:
Accident, cut harness, no cover (keeping the cover for a backup on one of my new seats). Also anyone know offhand when these events usually happen. I know it was just recently.
